Compatibility chart
Which products have been mixed together, and how did it go? Check a combination, browse the chart, and report your own test.
Community-reported information. These are tests sent by visitors and are not verified. A “Confirmed” pair only means several people reported no visible problem; it says nothing about stability over time, potency, sterility or safety. Never rely on this chart alone.
Where most of this data comes from. Most pairs currently come from a community compatibility chart that has been shared online for months. It is anecdotal, so these pairs are shown as “To be confirmed” (marked ). As soon as tests are reported for a pair, confirming or contradicting the list, the chart updates automatically: reports replace the list entry for that pair. Your reports are what turns this list into verified information.

Report a test
You mixed products in the same vial or syringe? Tell us what happened. One report per mix; you can choose up to 8 products.
How levels are computed
- For each pair of products, only reports that contain both products count. A report of three products counts for each of its three pairs.
- Do not work: more reports with a problem (discoloration, cloudiness, particles, gelling, loss of potency…) than reports without. This rule is checked first.
- Never mix: some products (for example GLP-1 agonists such as Semaglutide, Tirzepatide and Retatrutide) must never be mixed with any other product. Every pair containing one of them is “Do not mix”, whatever the reports say.
- Confirmed: at least 3 reports without problem and none with a problem.
- Anecdotal: any other pair that has reports.
- To be confirmed : the pair has no report yet but is listed in the community chart shared online, as “generally safe”, “can mix” or “don’t mix”. It is anecdotal information; the first published report for the pair replaces it.
- Do not mix and other forced levels: set by the site moderators for a specific pair when there is a known reason. A forced level wins over reports and over the community chart; only never-mix products win over it.
- Reports are moderated: spam and duplicates are removed and no longer count.
